Valet drop-off is a convenient alternative to traditional drop-off. You simply pull up at the rear of the shop, ring the doorbell, and we collect your dog directly from your car — no need to get out of your vehicle.

$10 each way if within 5 km radius
If your dog shows signs of illness or distress, we will contact you immediately. We prioritise your dog’s health and wellbeing at all times.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee.
